The Mediating Effect of Action Planning in the Relationships between Exercise Intention and Exercise Behavior among University Students

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between exercise and exercise behaviors of college students and to investigate whether there is a difference in these structural relationships. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. Data were collected.
    The results of this study are as follows. Second, the analysis of the structural equation model showed that exercise intention had a positive effect on exercise behavior through behavior plan. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a sports plan for the regular exercise participation of college students.
